Reviews and Ratings
I was truly impressed with this hotel! The rooms are not just large but feel like a real suite, and the value for money is excellent. Make sure to get a high floor for a stunning view of the city. The service was top-notch, with several staff members always on hand to assist. The location is fantastic, surrounded by nightlife spots and restaurants, making it a great base for exploring. The dining experience was abundant and enjoyable, especially with the choices of fruit juices and Colombian specialties. The facilities were modern and convenient, offering everything I needed during my stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a huge living area, though ventilation is an issue due to old and noisy air conditioning. The room was decorated with close-up images of jaguars, reminding me of breakfast every morning. The location is excellent for dining and partying, close to various attractions, with easy access to the city center. The dining experience was enjoyable in a nice patio with an inner garden.
The hotel offers a mix of pros and cons. The rooms are unacceptable for their size, noise, and some maintenance issues. On the positive side, the hotel has friendly service and a convenient location near the Poblado district.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, they were quite dirty and extremely noisy due to the continuous flow of the Rio nearby. The decor felt outdated with furnishings from the 1950s-1970s. On the bright side, the hotel offers friendly and courteous service, making you feel at home. The location is ideal, right in the Entertainment area of Medellin, which is perfect for exploring the city. However, the dining experience, while affordable, didn't quite meet the standards expected in a 4-star hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The spacious rooms with two small bedrooms and a huge living area reminded me of my grandma's room in Miami Beach, which was a nice touch. However, the rooms felt quite impersonal. The location was great for both dining and partying, especially being close to Parque Lleras, but the outdated furniture was a downside. The dining experience varied, with good options but lacking variety. Overall, the facilities were decent, but the 60-70s furniture in the suite could use an update.
